By accessing and using RCS Check-in ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you must not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Rental Connect Solutions Tmi, with tax ID FI34854653 and address at Telttakuja 3D, 00770 Helsinki, Finland.
2. Service Description
RCS Check-in is a SaaS platform that allows vacation rental managers to:
- Automate guest communication via WhatsApp
- Manage the digital check-in process
- Collect guest registration information
- Sync bookings with channel managers
- Coordinate cleaning teams
3. Registration and Account
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information
- Keep your password confidential
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or show suspicious activity.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
Free trial: We offer 7 days free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Subscription: After the trial period, you will need an active subscription to continue using the Service. Prices are available on our pricing page.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed automatically through Stripe.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial periods
- After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the paid period
💡 Note: If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate WhatsApp Business policies
- Collect guest data for unauthorized purposes
- Share your account with unauthorized third parties
- Attempt to access other users' systems or data
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7. WhatsApp Business Compliance
By using our WhatsApp messaging service, you agree to:
- Comply with WhatsApp Business Policies
- Obtain guest consent before contacting them
- Use approved message templates
- Not send promotional content unrelated to the stay
Violation of WhatsApp policies may result in suspension of your account without refund.
8. Guest Data
You are the data controller for your guests' data. By using the Service:
- You guarantee that you have legal basis to collect guest data
- You commit to comply with GDPR and local data protection regulations
- You authorize us to process such data as data processor
- You are responsible for informing your guests about the use of their data
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, logos and content, is owned by Rental Connect Solutions Tmi and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Service according to these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform:
- Scheduled maintenance (notified in advance)
- System updates and improvements
- Interruptions due to force majeure
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months
- We are not responsible for actions of third parties (WhatsApp, Stripe, Beds24, etc.)
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rental Connect Solutions Tmi from any claim, damage or expense arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your non-compliance with applicable regulations
13. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue Service features
- Update these terms (notifying you 30 days in advance)
- Change prices (affecting only new subscriptions or renewals)
14. Termination
We may suspend or cancel your account if:
- You violate these terms
- You engage in fraudulent activities
- You fail to pay invoices on time
- WhatsApp or Twilio suspend your access
After termination, you will lose access to the Service and stored data. We recommend exporting your data regularly.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
For EU consumers: this does not affect your rights under the consumer protection legislation of your country of residence.
